ApotheCare was born of the commitment to provide long-term care facilities pharmaceutical convenience with formulary management expertise for high quality, cost-effective drug therapy. Unlike some corporate pharmacies that market to extended-care facilities, ApotheCare is not a giant, impersonal conglomerate driven by volume. NEXUS Therapy Management, LLC was created to help facilities successfully bring their therapy department in-house. Nexus manages your department for a set monthly fee and the facility retains all of their profits generated from billed skilled services. We provide physical, occupational, and speech-language pathology staffing that ensures quality care from knowledgeable professionals for your residents. The therapy department becomes a part of the facility staff under direction of your administrator, while being managed day-to- day by the NEXUS team. We offer ongoing training and daily support from

our experts.
